Entry Requirements
1. Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens with proper moral conduct and are in good health. Applicants for Master’s degree programs should have an undergraduate study background equivalent to that of the Chinese Bachelor’s degree.
2. Academic performance
Applicants should have outstanding academic performance. Proof should be provided through (but not limited to) the following document(s):
2.1 High school /University (if applicable) transcripts (original documents and notarized copy in English or Chinese).
2.2 The transcript for all the courses during the undergraduate stage, in its original form or as a notarized document. Texts in languages other than Chinese and English should be translated and notarized.
2.3 Results of international standard tests (e.g. SAT/ACT/A- Level/AP/IB/others).
2.4 The diploma certificate and graduation certificate in its original form or as a notarized document. Texts in languages other than Chinese and English should be translated and notarized. Texts in languages other than

3. For the applicants who apply for Chinese-language courses, HSK (level IV) certificate or above is required.
4. For those who were initially Chinese citizens but later naturalized as foreign nationals, please follow the conditions set by Document No. 12(2020) of the Ministry of Education of the PRC.
5. Applicants should abide by the laws and decrees of the Chinese government and related rules of the university.

*2. Two letters of recommendation from associate professors (and above)
Written in English from two respectable professors. including professors' contact no, email address and handwritten signature.
If not available, the applicant need to be interviewed by the college/school.*3. Personal Statement
Including self-introduction, educational background, goal and plan of studying in China.
*4. Physical examination record for foreigner(only valid for 6 months)
Please take it to hospital to have a checkup with all items, including personal information, photo, checking date, doctors' suggestion and signature.
*5. Bank statement issued within 2 months
Bank deposit should be RMB 30,000 or above.
6. Other documents
Applicants for the School of Fine Arts and Design should submit at least 10 works; applicants for the Animation major should submit 10 works, and applicants for the Broadcasting and TV Editing major should submit a set of film and television work (including the video and script)

With name, passport number & expiration date, and photo included
*9. Recent (shot within 3 months) bareheaded front ID photo (white background)
*10. Copy of undergraduate transcript
Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English should be translated into Chinese or English and be certified by notarization.
*11. Copy of certificate and notarized copy of the highest academic degree
Graduation certificate in languages other than Chinese or English should be translated into Chinese or English and be certified by notarization.
Tips:
For applicants who are in China: If you are an employee, you still need to provide employment separation certificate and your current residence permit. If you are a student, you need to provide transfer certificate, leaving certificate, certificate of attendance rate issued by previous school and your current residence permit. - Video
